Our Process

Planning

The process begins with reviewing our portfolio and developing a vision for your new home. Inspiration, goals, price point and location are discussed in a Discovery Meeting which informs the initial plan.

Once goals and vision are aligned, an Initial Deposit is required to start developing floorplans, elevations, and construction blueprints. Upon approval, budgets and allowances are set, a Construction Deposit is due and we are ready to begin.

Design

The Design Phase starts with a Kick Off Meeting with your Designer and Project Manager before excavation to further refine the vision and interior design of your home. Your Designer will schedule and lead you through a series of meetings to select hard finishes such as appliances, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, flooring and tile, lighting, hardware and paint. As well, they will guide you through scheduled site visits and walkthroughs throughout the build process.

Build

The Build Process of your home will be coordinated and documented by your Site Superintendent on our BuilderTrend portal allowing you to follow along with construction progress from foundation and framing through custom trim carpentry and finishes. A series of job site walkthroughs will be scheduled with you to customize rough-ins and carpentry while our Design and Build team members work on your behalf to make your dreamhome a reality.
