When challenged with executing a 5,000 square foot executive estate spec home in an exclusive development in Waukee, IA, the Stonegate Plan was developed and every corner of this executive estate was considered. A gorgeous neutral white and warm wood kitchen was the solution, with beautiful white oak custom trim carrying through the rest of the home. Complete with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, of which the primary suite was meticulously finished with custom trim carpentry.
